Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. can this be used on a fujifilm fujinon 135mm f5.6 rear lens?

A: I completely concur with Gaston. The best way is to measure the rear mount and even then i would order multiple sizes just to make sure you get the correct one and then just return the others that do not fit perfectly.

Q: 2. this 45mm measurement is inside diameter????

A: Hi--since this is designed for a lens with a 45mm diameter, the actual diameter of this is slightly more than 45mm, probably 47-50mm.

Q: 3. Can you mount a copy stand column and lights to this table? What column and lights are compatible with the table? Thanks

A: This table is intended for use with the Kaiser RSP Xtra Copy Stand B&H # KAHDECSMCA. The copy stand can then be used a set of lights such as the Kaiser RB 300 Copy Light Set with Two 300 Watt Quartz Halogen Lamps B&H # KACLRB300. Please see the images below for reference.

Q: 4. What are the thumbwheels in the front of the unit for?

A: The thumbwheels on the Kaiser FilmCopy Vario are used to push and pull vertical cropping bars.

Q: 5. Will this fit a pentagon 50 mm 1.8 mc lens?

A: The front diameter of your lens is 60mm, so the Kaiser 60mm Push-On Lens Cap, BH # KALC60 would be more suitable. https://bhpho.to/3nzuMlU

Q: 6. Does this fit the attachment block of a Kaiser RS-1 copy stand, replacing the standard column that comes with it?

A: This Calibrated Counterbalanced Column for Copy Stands fits the Kaiser R1 system.

Q: 7. Will this work for a Canon G7X?

A: If the exterior diameter of the lens is 57mm, then my guess would be yes. If the exterior diameter is a tiny fraction larger, then it would be a tight fit, and I would prefer a tight fitting cap to a loose one.

Q: 8. Will this fit a Konica c35 automatic?

A: The Kaiser 38mm Push-On Lens Cap is too small for the Konica C35 Automatic--it has a 46mm filter thread, so most 46mm lens caps will work with it.

Q: 9. Is this a replacement cap for a Pentax digital spotmeter?

A: The Kaiser 45mm push-on lens cap is a rubber lens cap with an internal diameter of 45mm that works on a variety of lenses and devices with the same diameter. We recommend using a measuring device (measuring tape or vernier calipers) to measure the front diameter of your Pentax digital spotmeter to find the correct fit.

Q: 10. Will this work well with the 42mm lens shade for a Pentax 8x42 7.5 monocular?

A: Be sure that the outside diameter of the shade is 42mm. A typical 42mm filter is larger than 42mm at the outside diameter. I have B&W filters, and they are 2mm larger than the thread size. So if I need a cap for a 50mm filter, the cap has to be 52mm. I would recommend you measure the shade to be absolutely sure.
