A: Yes this lavalier has a Sennheiser-style locking 3.5mm connector, so it will work with the Sennheiser ew100 G2 system.

A: We had to do some rewiring. It came with an LED strip and the voltage was too high for the strip. Had to get a regular light bulb. It wasn't too difficult and looks great, but wasn't plug and play.
