A: Hi Lemuel,Yes, the power supply is auto switching for 110/220 voltages. Datavideo power supplies utilize a standard DC Barrel Connector which have a 5.5mm outside diameter and a 2.5mm inside diameter on the male connector and are wired center pin positive. Replacement power supplies can be sourced through a local reseller or direct from Datavideo. Thanks!

Q: 2. Is it possible to split each (or any) of the 2 Video Outputs to get 4 separate Video Outputs so that I can connect to 4 TV monitors with the SE-500? If so, what cables do I need?

Q: 4. Will this unit embed audio transferred via the RCA inputs, into the HDMI out stream? Is there a method to assure video-audio sync?

A: The answer to both questions is that you can sync the audio and it will go out HDMI embedded.

A: The SE-500 is an NTSC Switcher, it will be compatible with NTSC inputs and outputs.

A: This is for composite and S-video only. It's for switching up to 4 cameras. We use 4 Sony EVI-D70 PTZ cameras for city council & township meetings. See videos at kittv online videos for quality.

Q: 7. I take 16:9 feed on my data video SE-500 4- Channel Analog SD Video Switcher and I want 16:9 feed on Moniter . Is it possible ? Please answer ?

A: No, SE-500 cannot output in 16:9. It can only output in 4:3 aspect ratio.

Q: 8. Can you plug a laptop directly into an input and will the mixer properly recognize the signal?

A: How well the signal will be recognized will depend on the computer itself, but that being said you should be able to connect a computer to this switcher through HDMI. It is possible.
