A: Hi Corey, We have not had a chance to check fit of the C200 into this case yet. We should be receiving one directly from Canon soon and will be able to verify at that point. Another couple options that would work if you need to make the move immediately is our 3i-2011-7DZ, 3i-2213-12DL, or 3i-2213-12DT. They all have pull out handle and wheels. The 3i-2011-7DZ is carry on size for airplane travel. It would require you to breakdown the camera similar to the 3i-20118C300 case. The 3i-2213-12DL (with lid organizer) and the 3i-2213-12DT (convoluted foam in the lid) are larger cases and will allow you to leave the top handle on along with other accessories. A: The inner dimension of the case is 15 inches. The Sony 200-600mm and Sony A7RIII is 15.42 inches. You will be able to fit the lens and camera body if you detach the two items.

A: Hi Jay, Up to a 15 Macbook Pro or similar sized 15 laptop will fit into the case. That being said a 15 will be pretty snug and does not provide a lot of protection where the strap holds the laptop into position.
