A: The case I used to carry a TAMRON 150 - 600 G2 lens. With the lens hood reversed and the mounting foot still installed the lens fits the case very nicely. It is snug enough to prevent the lens from moving around inside the case. I m not familiar with the Sigma lens.

A: Unfortunately no, the Ruggard case is a little too small for the Sony 200-600mm lens. However, the Sony lens already comes with it's own case so you would not need to buy one separately.
