It is possible to run in this vest however we wouldn't recommend it until you've gotten very familiar with how it limits your movements and shifts your center of gravity.

A: The manufacturer's size statements in regards to Tilta Armor Man 3.0 Gimbal Support System are that "these are padded for comfort and feature adjustable straps for securing to most body types." An exact waist size has not been established, but these are generally operated by adults with average heights of 5.2" and higher and weighing approximately 130 lb or more.

A: We do not recommend this system with a camera the size of the Sony FS7.
