Enjoy satisfying sound in a small footprint with the white SpinBase Max Turntable Speaker from Andover Audio. The SpinBase Max utilizes Andover Audio's Isogroove technology, which allows the speaker to sit under your turntable, eliminating the bulk and fuss of a traditional component audio system.

Building on the quality of their original SpinBase system, the SpinBase Max adds more power and larger woofers to improve the sound, along with the convenience of two-way wireless Bluetooth 5.0. The integrated Class-D amplifier, 3.5" round woofers, and 0.78" tweeters offer a 48 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and are arranged in a 270° array for a wide soundstage. To add more bass, there is a subwoofer output with 100 Hz filter switch. The acrylic top can accommodate a wide variety of turntables and stereo RCA inputs are available with and without phono stage EQ.

Loudspeakers work by producing vibration. A turntable works by detecting vibration. Under conventional circumstances, mounting the turntable, amplifier, and loudspeaker together in the same cabinet is a recipe for unwanted vibration and feedback. Andover Audio applies a trio of advanced technologies to overcome these issues. Andover Audio's IsoGroove technology, Class-D amplifier, and 270° loudspeaker array combine to deliver room-filling music reproduction.

Isogroove technology from Andover Audio addresses a common challenge faced by turntable users: feedback and vibrations that can occur when a turntable's speakers are placed too close to the turntable itself, interfering with the delicate playback of the vinyl. Traditional speaker designs often require separate placement, which can be cumbersome and result in a less-than-ideal setup. Andover Audio's Isogroove Technology solves this problem by incorporating the speakers directly beneath the turntable, in a compact and streamlined design. This unique configuration ensures that vibrations and feedback are minimized, allowing for pristine sound reproduction without any disruptive distortions. By utilizing Isogroove Technology, Andover Audio has created a seamless integration between the turntable and speakers. This eliminates the need for separate speaker placement, simplifies the setup process, and optimizes the listening environment.

Getting legitimate stereo from a single compact cabinet is a challenge. The SpinBase system rises to the challenge with a pair of dome tweeters and a pair of cone woofers, carefully arranged in a 270° array. You'll appreciate the results every time you listen.

While the built-in speakers are terrific, the SpinBase MAX system also empowers you to enjoy vinyl on external Bluetooth wireless speakers or headphones. It's perfect for late-night listening. Of course, the system also works in the other direction, receiving and playing Bluetooth music from your tablet or smartphone.

The SpinBase MAX system is designed to sit directly under most turntables, including popular models like the Numark TT-100, Technics SL-230, Audio Technica LP-120, or Andover's own SpinDeck series of turntables. As long as your turntable feet fall within the SpinBase system's dimensions, you're good to go. The system accommodates the widest range of turntables, including those with or without built-in preamps. Simply use the supplied RCA cable with ground connector. In addition, the SpinBase system provides quick and easy connections for Bluetooth devices, a CD player, and a subwoofer.

For a number of months, well okay over a year, I had been reading top 5 and top 10 lists for entry level turntables, receivers and speakers. Adding items to my wish list on Amazon, but never pulling the trigger. When one thing or another kept turning up 'not available' I decided to bite the bullet and buy what I wanted right now. I found my choice for turntable at B&H. I received it sooner than I expected, in perfect condition. Set up was simple and in less than an hour I was enjoying long idle LPs. Build quality, simplicity of operation and sound quality are all completely satisfying. Wish I hadn't waited so long, but glad I found it here. I am completely satisfied.

I've had about 20 years of experience with this family of product. About 15 years ago, I had the OEM source of them make me a container full of a modified version for my customers. They did everything well and were quite reliable! Now, I just buy the AT and to the adaption as required.

The AT version has a basically flat platter, accurate speed, decent arm, and pretty accurate RIAA compensation. They are quite reliable. When I sell my adaption, customers only praise it, never complain about it. If you want tighter specs, just pay some one else twice as much!

Glad I found this on B&H. I saw the same item on other sites for more and many had it on backorder. Have used the USB port to create some digital recordings from vinyl!! In addition the sound it produces is much better that an older Denon turntable I had.

Using line outputs to Denon AVR-X3100W. Now I can listen to my LP records again, some going back almost 60 years ago. Anybody remember Sandy Nelson or Duane Eddy?
Highly recommended.

I started out with new record players again in life. I got a cheap one on Amazon to see if my record hobby would take off. So far its been going good. I took the expense to invest in this player and retired the cheaper one.

This is a beauty! If you are serious about vinyl and don't want to spend a ton on a player. This is a great player to purchase. Get some powered speakers or amp in between. The lights on this are great too!
