But I can’t find an adapter anywhere in the linked accessories (just ones that mount to the battery plate, not ones that plug into the DC port).

A: The mount is adjustable to fit many kinds of projectors. Ours holds a HD photo grade projector that is very large and heavy and it works fine. 8 inches should be no problem. I can't be sure about the plate your talking about but even the top mount is adjustable to fit a variety of brackets and braces so it should work.

Q: 7. Can this be fixed on iOptron CEM26 side to mount guidescope?

A: Yes the Losmandy Dovetail Saddle Plate could be fixed to the iOptron. However, you would have to drill your own holes and the plate is flat. It will not follow the curved contour of the scope.
