The package of two 500302-2PK CATV Balun II from MuxLab integrates terrestrial broadband video (bandwidth up to 900 MHz) by replacing traditional coax cabling with Cat5 UTP cables. Using Cat5 cables, the baluns can transmit video signals at distances of up to 330', depending on the channel frequency and input power being used. Additionally, the baluns are designed to be used in pairs, enabling you to easily move or add CATV equipment to any convenient modular wall outlet.

Supporting broadband CATV, VHF, FM, broadband internet, and digital cable, the baluns are ideal for use in schools, government offices, hospitals, financial institutions, hotels, and residential complexes. Constructed of ABS fire retardant plastic for strength and durability, these baluns are designed for long-lasting use. Furthermore, they feature low return loss for maximum power transfer with no line faults between the input and output. These baluns can be used in conjunction with RF splitters, amplifiers, and cable modems for a comprehensive cabling solution.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this work with the Indra 500 with TTL and HSS?

A: While this transceiver kit can be connected to flash heads such as the Phottix Indra using a sync cable, it will not provide TTL information nor HSS with it. The only way to obtain those functions is by using a Phottix Odin or Odin II Transmitter for Nikon or Canon. Please see the link to the those options: http://bhpho.to/1SGTy9O

Q: 5. Can I use the 622N II as wireless remote shutter release trigger?

A: Yes you can. However, if it is not a YongNuo speed light you must mount your speed light onto one of the transceivers. I.e. mount a Nikon SB-910 on one of the transceivers and use the other as a remote shutter release. Alternatively, if you do have a YongNuo speed light, all you have to do is set the speed light to act as a slave and you do not have to mount it on the other transceiver as it is a native function.

I got these transceivers in the mail as I was getting ready for a shoot with a client and used them the same day without any issues whatsoever. I've since used them on every shoot and never once had a misfire.

I use this equipment in my studio and when I have to work outside. These are amazing. Easy to use, easy to set up. I'm surprised you far I can so and still trigger my strobes. The auto-focus assist is a nice add that has been very useful in low light situations. The battery consumption is fair. Is a great addition to your bag for the price.

Out-of-the box, had a Nikon SB600 and YN685 synced with a Yongnuo on-camera Nikon controller within 15 min. Apparently, can be switched to controller also. Only comment is one plastic hot shoe light stand base was included. Great product.

I absolutely love these devices! I always trust these to go off when I fire them and they are always reliable. I can go really far away too, really far. Get these if you need a less expensive option. You will not be disappointed.

They work. And the ttl signal comes through. They worked best with my Nikon sb600. My cheaper flashes were less reliable on exposure but fired most every time. I'm still learning and I think some of the flashes are snoozing
