The Comprehensive CAT5e 350 MHz Assembly Cable is used in enhanced Category 5 high-speed cabling to distribute data, voice, and video to meet the requirements of advanced fast Ethernet and gigabit computer networks. This cable is 1 foot long and will handle bandwidth-intensive applications of up to 350 MHz. Meeting Cat 5e TIA / EIA standards, it offers lower impedance and structural return loss (SRL) when compared to a standard 100 MHz cable. To keep Near-End Crosstalk levels to a minimum, Comprehensive has designed this cable with a shortened body plug without a boot. Furthermore, it has a blue PVC jacket so you can color code your network installation.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How solid is the locking mechanism? Has anyone ever had issues with the camera/camcorder slipping out?

A: Pretty solid. There's a second push-in release button that only allows the plate to slip off after the main nob is released.

Q: 2. will this work with a rolleiflex?

A: The Stroboframe Quick Flip 350 Bracket is 9.5 inches. The camera can not be any taller than 9.5 inches to fit in the bracket.

Q: 3. Is this compatible with 500plong plate?

A: Yes this has the Manfrotto 501 QR system.

Q: 4. Is this compatible with BeFree Compact Travel Carbon Fiber Tripod (Carbon) , B&H # MAMKBFRC4BH?

A: how would I know?

Q: 5. yes i have a sunpak 7000 tripod will this work on it

A: You can attach this quick release assembly to the quick release plate that comes with the Sunpak 7000. It should work just fine.

Q: 6. The Axler QRA-501S and QRA-501L adapters look the same. Other than the plates that come with them, what is the difference?

A: BH #AXQRA501L is a longer option. The width and height of the plats are the same and interchangeable.

Q: 7. Will this work with the miller DS-20 Fluid Head plate?

A: No, the Axler QRA-501L Quick Release Assembly (B&H# AXQRA501L) is not compatible with the Miller DS-20 Fluid Head (75mm Ball Base) (B&H# MI184).

Q: 8. Can I use this bracket to mount 1 microphone and 1 camcorder on a tripod such that the camcorder points straight ahead and the microphone points 40 degree away from the direction of the camcorder ?

A: The top mount is movable. Or you could angle the camera 40 off the camcorder.

Q: 9. Anyway the bottom base plate could be attached to a male 1/4" screw? It seems to have only a non-threaded hole.

A: It has both a 1/4 20 threaded hole and a 3/8th 16 threaded hole. we recommend using a reducer bushing in the 3/8" 16 threaded hole because it centered and the 1/4" 20 threaded hole is not (it is there to provide extra stability and prevent rotation).

Q: 10. would i be able to mount this to mefoto ball head?

A: From the pictures it looks like yes. There looks to be a 3/8 screw hole in the bottom that would allow you to mount it to a ball head system. I don't own this product but I have one similar from manfrotto that will mount to the ball head 3/8 .
