A: I have a Canon D7 with a 70-200 mounted that fits lens-down, a 180 Macro and 40-70 wide angle. Also carry flash, light meter, diffuser in main compartment no problem. The other pockets hold a lot of accessories including filters.

A: I am sure their probably is a way to bind a existing set with new sets. The instructions don't say how. I have a 3 piece set and use it racing. It works great, how ever the two remote sets are bound to the master. Other racers use the same brand of head sets and my head sets will not talk to theirs.

A: It includes 2 connectors... regardless of that I recommend to buy some more since they are so resistant and practical.
