The cloud server is where we do our bonding, apply our panted LRT (LiveU Reliable Transport) algorithm to the signal for the highest possible quality stream. The main difference between this and the more expensive one is the connections on the unit. The higher priced model has both HDMI and SDI inputs. Hope this answers your questions.
