A: Yes, the GoPro Media Mod for HERO9/HERO10 Black is compatible with the GoPro Hero 11 Black.

Q: 8. Will this work with the RODE LAV Go 3.5 mm plug out of the box without an adapter?

A: The Gopro Hero 9 Media mod will work with 3.5mm external microphones without an adapter, due to the built in 3.5mm microphone input.

Q: 9. Can the USB C on the Media Mod be used for headphones?

A: Unfortunately the USB-C port of the Gopro Media Mod, will not allow for headphone use. Instead, the GoPro Hero 12 will allow for Bluetooth headphone connection.

Q: 10. What is the IP rating of the Media Mod?

A: The GoPro Hero 9 Media Mod will have an IP5X rating.
