This 100' SMPTE opticalCON DUO Single-Mode Outside Fiber Tactical Snake Cable from Camplex is a two-fiber cable suitable for outdoor and indoor use. It features a Neutrik OpticalCON DUO NO2SX connector on each end, COCA factory terminated and interferometrically tested to GR-326-CORE endface standards. The connectors have common LC contacts and a mechanical shutter system that shields against endface contamination. The cable is tested for < -55 dB typical return, and comes with diagnostics documentation.

The connectors are assembled using the Neutrik opticalCON ADVANCED system, which adds lockable, waterproof metal caps and rubber guards, especially critical for outdoor applications. This improves the cable protection and water resistance in long-term use.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. When the film expire?

A: Our film stock generally has an expiration date from 6 month to 1 year from now.

Q: 2. Does this come with the travel case?

A: no this does not come with a travel case

Q: 3. When does this film generally expire? Also where on the actual can/box does it say the expiration date because I've looked on both 100' daylight spools and 400' mags and can't find any expiration date.

A: We sell film that will be good for at least 6 months or we note on the sales page that it's close dated and give the expiry date. You'd need to contact Kodak for the expiration date location as it may be either on the box or on the tape that is used to seal the canister: https://bit.ly/2RIKQ3F

Q: 4. is this a cartridge like spool that can be inserted into my Bell & Howell 16mm magazine camera

A: For your camera you would need one with a double perforated edge, this is only perforated on one side.

Q: 5. Will this film work in this old Bolex H16 I found that came with double perf film inside or is the H16 for double perf only? (double perf 16 mm is not made anymore)

A: Sure, unless the Bolex has a modified gate for animation (double perf necessary in this case), it should be OK. However, check the film gate and look for any pin (s) on the left while you move the motor/spring inching knob manually. Most likely, you'll only see the right-hand pull claw in motion. Good luck.

Q: 6. What is the ASA of this film?

A: The ASA/ISO of this film is 50 when using it under daylight lighting conditions. Otherwise, the ASA?ISO of the film is 12 when shooting under tungsten light with an 80A filter on the camera.

Q: 7. Will this film work in a Eumig C16 movie camera and where can I get extra spools?

A: No, the Eumig C16 can only handle 100' rolls.

Q: 8. Will this fit in the K-3?

A: Yes, this 16mm film is compatible with the Krasnogorsk-3 film camera.

Q: 9. shall i put the ISO to 200 while using external light meter?

A: That is correct.

Q: 10. When does this film generally expire? Also where on the actual can/box does it say the expiration date because I've looked on both 100' daylight spools and 400' mags and can't find any expiration date.

A: There is no expiration date. If kept under the proper conditions it should not expire either.
