The DB-TPS3A Triple Pair RJ45 Sender Module from RDL is a three-pair audio sending module compatible with RDL Format-A twisted pair products. The DB-TPS3A features a black front-panel laminate. This module features an XLR microphone input and two RCA phono jack inputs, one for the left channel source and one for the right channel source. The unbalanced inputs are designed to receive standard -10 dBV consumer level signals. The microphone input provides 24 VDC IEC phantom voltage and accepts both dynamic and condenser microphone signals. The input signals are amplified using studio-quality pre-amplifiers optimized for normal operating levels. A rear-panel GAIN switch is provided to set the amplification of the microphone pre-amplifier. This switch is normally set by the installer for NORM (normal) gain. If consistently low microphone levels are expected, this switch may be set to the HIGH gain position. The pre-amplified microphone source is routed to pair A. The buffered left and right line-level inputs are routed to output cable pairs B and C.

The DB-TPS3A can be powered directly from a 24 VDC power supply using the rear-panel detachable terminal block. Local power connected to the module is also fed to all connected remote modules. The DB-TPS3A may be remotely powered through the twisted pair cable from any other module, signal distributor or RDL power inserter connected to the same twisted pair cable. Module power is indicated by a front-panel LED. This unit is designed to be mounted in wall boxes, cabinets or other enclosures that allow users to connect audio sources. The DB-TPS3A model can mount in RDL WB-1U and WB-2U wall boxes, or in standard U.S. electrical boxes.

Q: 6. Will these fit the Sony MDR-V150 headphones?

A: Hi Jill, I’m quite sure they will fit. If for any reason they don’t, please email us at support@bluestarproducts.ca for help. Thanks for asking, Peter Bluestar Support Team - Canada

Q: 7. can i remove the wheels??

A: Not without permanently damaging the stand. But there is no need to do so as the wheels all have VERY stable locking mechanisms. Once you lock the wheels, the stand won't move. In fact, locking the wheels also locks the rotation of the caster, so it doesn't even shift from the connection of the caster to the leg. If you don't want wheels, you should get a C-stand instead.

Q: 8. Do the wheels on this stand lock?

A: Yes, the wheels lock. In fact, locking the wheels also locks the rotation of the caster, so it doesn't even shift from the connection of the caster to the leg.

Q: 9. What's the load capacity?

A: The Impact Baby Triple Header is made of steel, so it's especially strong. However, the manufacturer does not list a specific weight capacity. Balance likely would be more likely to be an issue than weight handling since typical C stands only take about 22 lbs. anyway.

Q: 10. I need a bracket that has one hot connection on it for my flash, the others can be cold. I'm guessing this won't work?

A: Unfortunately no. The Vello V-Rig 5" Triple Shoe Bracket is a cold shoe bracket only.
