A: The focus ring is approximately 85mm.

A: Yes, that filter holder is designed for the Sigma 14-24mm Art lens.

A: Yes, will work with the S1 in af-s and af-c.

Q: 5. This is exactly what the 100 mm filters will not cover this lens only 150 mm (with lens diameter 85 mm)? And will the image quality degrade when used behind a gel filter, such as ND 3.0?

A: This lens requires a dedicated filter holder--several manufacturers make dedicated holders for this lens for 150mm filters. All filters will degrade the image to some degree, but it won't be visible with better filters. There would likely be a small degree of image degradation with a 3.0 (10-stop) ND filter.

Q: 6. WILL ANY SONY E MOUNT LENS FIT THE SIGMA FP ?

A: No, the Sigma FP uses L mount series lenses only.

Using this on the Z6 with the adaptor is crazy front heavy, but on a D750 its not too bad. Picture quality seems fine and its a good alternative to the Nikon 14-24 besides the weight. I don't like the reversed zoom and focus ring, and the auto focus seems to be set too close. Shooting an open field it tends to focus about 3 feet in front of me. 5

Canon Lenses have NOTHING on the latest Sigmas. With a wide-angle lens, I always check for nasty stuff like distortion, chromatic aberration, and vignetting. The Sigma 14-24mm/f2.8 suffers from none of these. The constant f2.8 aperture is a real plus - e.g., enables serious consideration of night sky photography. Can't beat the price either. If you're into wide-angle photography, I highly recommend the Sigma 14-24mm/f2.8 5

I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this lens. After weeks of research and reviews i finally decided to go for it. This lens is so sharp with very little to almost no distortion at the widest focal length. It's a great addition to my collection and I'll be using it very often for video work as well. 5

I bought this lens for my real estate videography and boy oh boy it's phenomenal! The video is quite smooth, autofocus handles anything without an issue. It also makes for some really neat music video shots. I highly recommend. 5

I have had this lens just over a week. I have shot many different scenes with different exposure variable. I have used this lens in my D850 and D500 with pleasing results. The lens is heavy, tack sharp and focus is very fast. Only draw back that I don't like is I can't find a way to use my filters for this lens. 5

It is WIDE! Great build quality, Sharp Sharp Sharp corner to corner, Focuses accurately (Nikon D850). It is a bit heavy but that's the price for solid construction and lots of glass. 5
