This 250' SMPTE opticalCON DUO Single-Mode Outside Fiber Tactical Snake Cable from Camplex is a two-fiber cable suitable for outdoor and indoor use. It features a Neutrik OpticalCON DUO NO2SX connector on each end, COCA factory terminated and interferometrically tested to GR-326-CORE endface standards. The connectors have common LC contacts and a mechanical shutter system that shields against endface contamination. The cable is tested for < -55 dB typical return, and comes with diagnostics documentation.

The connectors are assembled using the Neutrik opticalCON ADVANCED system, which adds lockable, waterproof metal caps and rubber guards, especially critical for outdoor applications. This improves the cable protection and water resistance in long-term use.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Looks like this will work with original Canon EOS M that has a 3 inch screen? As far as I can see no EVF is available for this camera, right?

A: I have no any Canon camera. I use it in a Nikon D7000 and it works right.

Q: 2. I'm going to use it for 4x5 foma 200 film development. Can I reuse it? How many times can I reuse it?

A: The Foma Fomacitro Stop Bath 250 ml will last for approximately 30 sheets of 4x5 B&W film. The stop bath will change color when exhausted.

Q: 3. Can it fit the Canon R5/ R6 ?

A: While this item can fit a 3.2" LCD, it has not been tested to our knowledge with the EOS R5/R6. Your results may vary.

Q: 4. Do the jib and tripod come with carry bags as seen in the video?

A: Yes, carrying bags are included with the jib and tripod.

Q: 5. WHAT IS THE RELEASE PLATE PART NUMBER?

A: Vanguard Alta QS-60 V2 Quick Shoe Release Plate B&H # VAQS60V2

Q: 6. Im confused by earlier q&a in here,Is the max weight for camera rig 15kg alone, or 15kg included counterweights, which means around 7.5kg on each side?My rig weighs around 10kg.(Ursa Mini 4.6 with 70-200 2.8)

A: I spent a lot of time asking around on this one. I posted the original question. Some companies said they would check directly with iFootage, and I received opposing answers, both claiming certainty.I think we need clarity directly from iFootage about this.Think about it. If it's 15kg for the rig only, then their product might have to take double? to balance. Is it really that strong? And what about the difference between shortened and fully extended arm in terms of physical pressure.No. I still haven't been 100% certain of the answer. If you want, try it slowly. And monitor the structure very carefully.

Q: 7. How much height adjustment does this have?

A: Using the long bracket you will get 60mm of height adjustment. That is enough to cover the Nikon D850 with a grip or Canon 5D Mark 4 also with the grip.

Q: 8. Does it have an adjustable diopter?

A: Yes it does.

Q: 9. I've just bought this (from B&H - arrived today) and I want to check... Load capacity of 33lbs means total load capacity yes/no?Right now I have my rig and the rear weights loaded at 33lbs.

A: According to iFootage support the total load (camera rig PLUS counterweight) cannot exceed 15kg. As for a fully extended arm you need twice the counterweight, that means for full extension max camera rig weigh is 5kg.

Q: 10. Can this handle the Sony FS700 and Manfrotto 504HD head or a benro S8 head ?

A: The Sony FS700 with lens and mic is about 5 lbs. The Manfrotto 504 is 6.39 lbs. The Benro is S8 is 5.7 lbs. Depending on configuration, the M1-III Mini Crane Jib can handle 22 lbs to 33 lbs. You are fine with either head and the camera.
