Q: 1. Can this be used for historical process Gum Bichromate ?

A: Yup......

Q: 2. Are there any extenders or eyepieces for increasing the magnification? Scope is just OK at 200 yards and would like something to see targets at 300 yards; less than an inch.

A: Unfortunately no this scope we do not have any add on eyepieces for this scope. My sincere apologies.

Q: 3. Does this scratch? Isn't silk or the kind of cloths you get from an Optometrist better? Are the cloths from an optometrist better or worse?

A: This lens tissue is similar to what you might get at the optometrist and it would not be abrasive in any way to a lens.

Q: 4. I have an Epson 3880 printer. It doesn't print rolls of paper but I'm wondering if I could cut 13 x 19 pieces and feed it through the rear feeder and get good results. Is that possible? Thanks, Rik Groves

A: The Epson 3880 is compatible with that paper. You can cut it to the size you want or need.

Q: 5. What size is the core of this roll? Will it fit an Epson R2000?

A: The core is 2 and worked great with my R1800

Q: 6. do you use photo or matt black ink for this canvas?

A: Matte Black

Q: 7. Has anyone used this paper with the Epson P800? I'm looking for canvas sheets rather than a roll (haven't purchased the roll adaptor yet).

A: I have used this paper and the end result was beautiful. It has to be loaded from the back feeder and took several tried to get it to go, but eventually I got it. Hope that helps. :)

Q: 8. I have a canon T3i. Can I take clear pictures through this scope? What is the B&H part number to attach the T3i?

A: All you would need to mount your Canon T3i onto this Spotting Scope is a T-Mount Adapter. You could do the Vello Lens Mount Adapter- T-Mount Lens to Canon EOS Camera. What you will do is peel the eyecup part of the scope off, and the T-Adapter Ring will thread onto the top of the Eyepiece where the Eyecup was. Then you can mount your camera onto that ring. Q: 9. Can I use Epson Stylus Pro 3800 to print on this canvas paper?

A: Absolutely yes you can

Q: 10. Just purchased after wanting this canvas for over 6 months. Going to finally give it a try. Question--I have heard on other forums about the difficulty in feeding it (I have a 3880). Does anyone have any tips on making the feeding easier?

A: Unfortunately, you have to do some trickery to make it work. Try as I might, I could not get my printer to pick up the canvas without adding a strip of paper onto the bottom of the canvas. For some reason it picks up the paper perfectly but the canvas gives issues. I recommend getting a piece of 17inch paper and cutting it to be 17 x3 and marking a line at the 1 mark. Simply tape the back of the canvas to the piece of paper with the 1 sticking out for the printer to pick up, then offset the work by 1 in photoshop or whatever program you use. There are tutorials online as well, which you have probably seen.
