Q: 4. I purchased but connection to my D800 is loose without any misuse. Has anyone else had this problem where the port in the camera is loose and no data will transfer? If so, how did you resolve.

A: I think I've solved the problem. https://youtu.be/Ox5Din-sA6AThe little tabs that keep the end in were pressed down. Seems to be tighter now that I've raised the tabs. I also use a JerkStopper to take the strain off. Thanks for all your feedback.

A: I dont believe it passes the full ancillary data, not 100% on this. Worked on a set where they requested teradeks for this exact reason.
