The yellow Cat 6 Bulk Ethernet Cable from Belden features a 23 AWG solid bare copper conductor with a polyolefin insulation. This 1000' bulk cable also has a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket and separated internally by dielectric tape. It has a ripcord, which is situated under the jacket of the cable. We used this to connect our patch panel to the switch below in the rack. Because of the depth of the UPS and Server in the rack the front rails were very close to the front. This results in very little clearance for cabling to the front door of the rack. These patch cords bend tightly, allowing the rack door to easily close. 5

I have been using this cable for 1-2 weeks since it was delivered. I have used it to connect my 2023 MacbookAir to a tp-link Archer A9 router via a Plugable model UD-6950H docking station. It seems like the internet goes in and the internet comes out OK. In the 1-2 weeks I have used this cable, I have not had the opportunity to test it in an environment where shielding is necessary, but I do enough weird stuff that it is nice to preemptively eliminate that possible root cause. The green is green. All my other cords are black, I'm not sure why. It has a nice flexibility: stiff enough to feel sturdy or durable, but not so unforgiving to remember that one time when it was wound up pretty tight by someone who didn't know any better. I wish I could be more like this cord. I would buy another one if I needed it, but that is hopefully unlikely. I can't recommend this cord over all others, I don't have the technical capacity to test and make that type of recommendation, but I'm not unhappy with its performance over the past couple weeks. 5

This has the best strain relief boot I have ever seen coupled with the thinnest, most flexible cable I have ever encountered on a cat 6 patch cable. My only qualm is that the cable sits against the glass on my Navepoint rack- I wish it were an inch shorter. But if 4 suits your application, this is super nice! 5

These CAT 6 patch cables are of excellent quality, ruggedly built and have a metal casing on the connector for added durability. Can't go wrong if you purchase these to patch your system in a punch down block. 5
