Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can you run a sync cord from RB67 to a transmitter?

A: The BH #IMSCSMPC can be used to attach a transmitter to a camera with a pc port.

Q: 2. Will this trigger a camera?

A: The LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 Kit F+ (Black) BH #LIFQTT2KFBLK is a flash trigger. It is not a shutter release.

Q: 3. Can this be flattened to 0 degrees so it can attach to a pin on the wall and still clip properly?

A: This unit doesn't have swivel or angle adjustment. It is a simple screw on mount that sits atop a stand.

Q: 4. do these work on leica m10 with leica sf24d flash?

A: Yes. It will work as a manual (non-TTL) flash using this system.

Q: 5. Will this trigger work (in manual mode) between a Bronica GS-1 and 1 or 2 Canon 430 ex II?

A: As the Zenza Bronica GS-1 was discontinued multiple years before the LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 Kit F+ (Black) was released, the LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 has not been directly tested with the Bronica GS-1. That being said, as the GS-1 has a built-in standard female PC sync connector, and as the LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 Kit F+ (Black) comes with a male PC sync cable, and the only the center pin is required to trigger the Canon 430EX II Speedlite Flashes for manual triggering, the items should all work together.

Q: 6. Is there a way to have two transmitters send the same signal? I have two cameras and one flash.

A: Yes, the LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 Kit F+ (Black) are manual transmitter and receiver. So you can have more than one work.

Q: 7. I have a Leica MDA and was wondering if this and the Q20ii would work well on it. I'd like to put the transmitter on the camera and just hand hold the flash while I'm out doing street photography!

A: Yes. Just be mindful that there will be no TTL information transmitted by the FlashQ trigger.

Q: 8. Will this work on a Leica M6 with Fuji XF-20 flash?

A: Technically the LightPix Labs FlashQ Trigger T2 Kit (Black) should work with the FUJIFILM EF-X20 Flash on the Leica M6. Both the flash and remotes are manual. But note, it has not been tested with those specific items.

Q: 9. Regardless of the TTL, will this trigger any flash using any camera? In other words, if I'm using a flash on full manual, does it matter the camera or flash brand?

A: Hi Alexander, Here are few caveats from LightPix Labs, the manufacturer: "FlashQ Trigger (model T2) works on Sony cameras / flashes with latest Multi Interface Shoe (MIS), and other cameras / flashes from Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus, Lumix, Metz, Nissin, etc. FlashQ Trigger (model T2 / T1-S / T1) is not compatible with the older Sony/Minolta-style Auto-lock Accessory Shoe. FlashQ receiver is not recommended for the old high-voltage flashes and those flashes which not self-powered by battery."

Q: 10. What is the weight of this part

A: The following unit weighs in at 2.5 lbs.
