A: Being that the depth of the case is 7.5 inches and your camera only sit about 4.5 inches high, you can still fit them which your 15" Macbook is stored in the lid. However, adding the iPad Pro may take away the extra space.

A: I dont own a fixed 400, but I think it would take up up most of the pack. Take measurements of the the lens (camera on it) and compare to interior measurements of the pack. Its a great case if it holds what you want.

A: You can place the D610 with grip bottom down and the lid will close comfortably.

A: According to spec from most airlines, yes it is approved size for a carry on.
