        A: I use the Magic Eraser Tool in Photoshop; one click anywhere on the background and it's gone!I would image that any software that will eliminate green can be used to do the same with pure white there must be a setting somewhere.

        A: It is possible to use the Manfrotto HiLite for video production. However, we would not recommend using an LED more than 200 watts being that this product is not intended for use with continuous lighting.

        Q: 7. What is the depth of the 6x7 box when assembled?

        A: The depth of the Manfrotto HiLite Illuminated White Background (6 x 7') is 19.29 inches.

        Q: 8. Can I steam the wrinkles out of this?

        A: I do not think you will need to if product is used correctly. We own 3 and have never had to steam. The strobe lights firing inside of it will turn it completely white.

        Q: 9. Any suggestions on how many stops should I meter the Lastolite hilite relative to the main? YouTube suggest 2 stops more but it is not working for me.

        A: It really depends on the distance between your subject and the background. I often do 2 stops when subject is 7 to 10 feet in front or more, but if my subject is closer, I will try to lower the wrap around effect by lowering the light to 1 stop more than the key, or less. I know some people are not even trying to get pure white because of this and will settle with a very light grey, then make it white is post production.

        Q: 10. How can I get replacement rods for the 6 x 7 hiliter? My handyman threw them out. I tried dowels and they snapped.
