Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight, the 4x32 ACOG Dual-Illuminated Riflescope from Trijicon, combines a waterproof and shock-resistant construction with a battery-free dual-illuminated Green Chevron reticle. The reticle employs tritium phosphor for illumination at night and fiber optic illumination for daytime. The sight's rugged optical system features zero distortion, multiple anti-reflection coatings, and a 32mm objective aperture. To compensate for wind and ballistic bullet drop, the scope offers windage and elevation adjustments with 1/2 MOA impact point correction.

        Q: 1. is the bracket a universal dovetail bracket? and what does the illuminated feature look like? like a red dot or what?

        A: I have an older Meade LX200 12 , and the dovetail bracket did not fit my scope. I used my existing bracket and placed this finder inside of it. The illumination lights up a crosshair. Instead of simply being two lines that cross over one another, there is an open circle at the center of the crosshair. The included redlight isn't very good though, and I plan to replace it with a model from another manufacturer.

        Q: 2. What type of holder (if any) do you use for shooting?

        A: The backdrop can stand on it's own, or you can strap it to a tradional background stand (2 stands and crossbar).

        Q: 3. Can I steam the wrinkles out of this?

        A: I do not think you will need to if product is used correctly. We own 3 and have never had to steam. The strobe lights firing inside of it will turn it completely white.

        Q: 4. Any suggestions on how many stops should I meter the Lastolite hilite relative to the main? YouTube suggest 2 stops more but it is not working for me.

        A: It really depends on the distance between your subject and the background. I often do 2 stops when subject is 7 to 10 feet in front or more, but if my subject is closer, I will try to lower the wrap around effect by lowering the light to 1 stop more than the key, or less. I know some people are not even trying to get pure white because of this and will settle with a very light grey, then make it white is post production.

        Q: 5. Can anyone tell me the depth of the Lastolite HiLite Illuminated White Background (7' x 8') when it is opened up ready for use please?

        A: The 7' x 8' has a depth of about 2 feet.

        Q: 6. Will the base fit onto stock ES 80ED CF? Can it be used on ES 80ED CF for AP manual guiding ?

        A: Yes it will fit your scope and can be used for manual guiding.

        Q: 8. Has anyone used this for video production to simulate a white infinity cyc? I was thinking about lighting this with Aputure lights and was curious if anyone has done that setup...

        A: It is possible to use the Manfrotto HiLite for video production. However, we would not recommend using an LED more than 200 watts being that this product is not intended for use with continuous lighting.

        Q: 9. Does B&H have it in black?

        A: This is the only version of the Kupo Tether Arm Dual Mount (23.6") that we sell.

        Q: 10. Can it be used to charge the battery, if connected to a v mount charger?

        A: The Nanlite 15V Dual NP-F Battery Adapter with V-Mount BH #NABTBASNPV cannot be used to charge NPF batteries.
