Build on your underwater lighting setup with this 8" Delta 3 Double-Ball Arm Segment from Aquatica's Technical Lighting Control series. Using a ball-joint clamp, which is also available from Aquatica's TLC line, you can attach one end of it to a grip handle or stem equipped with a ball mount on top. A second clamp will allow you to connect the other end of the arm segment to your strobe or an additional segment. Each ball measures 1" in diameter.

The arm and mounts are constructed from aluminum that has been hard anodized and treated with Teflon for resistance to corrosion and other wear and tear. Each mount features an O-ring that prevents slipping in order to enable a better hold with less force in the clamps. Slots along the length of the arm segment allow for connecting accessories.

Q: 1. How long does this film need to be developed in the darkroom?

A: My friend this film behaves pretty much like any other B&W film, and personal preferences upon what final results you may be looking for will determine dark room procedures. Delta 100 has a great and well balanced contrast range. If you are looking normal B&W results, and with standard developers at normal 72-75 degrees ambient temp, I will suggest 10 to 12 minutes, agitating (more like soft shaking..not a bartender kind) 10 seconds at each 2 minutes interval then leave the tank upside down the next 2 minutes and agitate again when you put it up (two min upside down, two min up) and repeat until the 10 to 12 minutes are gone. So, let's say if you did use 10 minutes procedure, you will agitate 5 times total with a 50 seconds (10 sec x 5 times) at each inversion. Remember that more agitation, the more contrast you will get, and the more time means pushing the exposure. I hope this may work for you, let me know.!!!

Q: 2. I have a canon camera 35mm eos rebel. will this film fit my camera?

A: This film is for medium format cameras and will not fit in a 35mm SLR. You will instead need Ilford HP5 Plus 135-24 Black & White Negative Film: http://bhpho.to/1lqyuK7

Q: 3. Any recommendations on how far apart to install the stationary rails?

A: The distance between the stationary rails would depend on how wide the ceiling is going to be.

Q: 4. How many exposures does this film have?

A: The amount of exposures on this Ilford Delta 400 120 film depends on the medium format camera it is used with. For example, using this on a Hasselblad 501CM which shoots in 6 x 6 cm format, you can get 12 exposures from this roll.

Q: 5. What is the exposure latitude for Delta 400?

A: Slim. Not the most forgiving film. Meter like crazy.

Q: 6. Can I replace 14' Fixed Rails with Manfrotto Rail - Black - 16' 4 ?

A: Unfortunately, Manfrotto rails for the Sky Track system are not compatible with this Delta 1 Rail System.

Q: 7. What is the exposure latitude for Delta 3200?

A: It is less than most other BW films. There is basically no underexposure latitude, any amount and the photos will have no shadow detail. It is more tolerant of overexposure, so err in that direction if you're not sure of exposure. Developer makes a big difference. Kodak Tmax Developer or Ilford DDX are the only ones that really give great results. D-76 is terrible.

Q: 8. Is this film 36 exposure?

A: The Vello Wireless ShutterBoss Timer Remote (Sony Alpha Connection) is compatible with the A55, yes. This film is not 36 exposures, no. It is a 100 roll of film that would need to be loaded into empty film cassettes before it could be used. The following would be a 36 exposure ISO 100 roll of Ilford Delta:Ilford Delta-100 Professional 135-36 Black & White Negative (Print) Film (ISO-100) (B&H # ILD10036).

Q: 9. What is the exposure latitude of Delta 100?

A: It has been a long time since I stopped experimenting with similar issues. I think 50/200 is about it.I mainly use xtol, and am happy with results within that range.Hope this could be of some help

Q: 10. What's the expiry date if i were to get now?

A: The following item has a expiry date of march 2024. Recorded on 3/18/22
