A: We have not tested this combination but see no reason it would not work. With Metabones products, be careful to properly line up the lens, the adapter and the camera. Do not be surprised if there is tightness. Be careful and everything should be fine. If you are not satisfied, you have a 30 days return policy with B&H.

Q: 6. Does this adapter cause a crop factor with EF lenses?

A: This fine adapter does not cause a crop factor but the sensor of the camera it is used on does. That Super35 sensor has an approximately 1.6 crop factor from full frame. Moving forward, I recommend learning that in Super35, a 35mm lens gives a normal perspective and to extrapolate wide and tele lenses from there. Then you can drop calculating what the lens looks like in a format you are not using.

Q: 7. Can I use it with an HD Cine lens that does not have a 2x internal extender, but I add a 2x extender in between the MTF adapter and the lens?

A: In most cases the 2x extender must already be built in to the B4 Lens for it to work. This may not work if you add an extender.
