Q: 6. i need to accommodate my Nikon d7000 with 70-200 tamron - 150-600 tamron and 15.6 laptop. is it possible ??

A: Not sure about the D7000, but I'm able to fit in my D80, Niokn 70-300mm, SB500 flash, 3 more lenses and the laptop. But be very careful about the flap opening in the front. Very easy to forget completely closing it (imagine the rush at airport security) and expensive gear will fall out. The velcro fasteners dont do a good job at keeping things in place.

A: I purchased this bag and I keep my Nikon D600 with a Tamron 70-200 f2.8 stored in it with the lens attached. Hope this helps. It has lots of room and I love the flexibility of the lower portion to accommodate large lenses.

Q: 10. Any place to put a water bottle?

A: Hi No unfortunately not really in the sense of it being 100% safe. I have carried one in the top section but if it were to break or leak it could potentially carry through to the main camera section. But I can say that for the price this is a great backpack.
