Q: 1. I am trying to shoot head&shoulders or portrait shots for a video blog but I need to shoot from 6 to 8 ft away. The existing 2x built in lens to various iPhones don't cut it. I've seen the 2x adaptor lens on top of the 2x built-in lens which makes 4x. It's not bad so I am looking for a 4x or 5x adaptor. I can't find such an item. Is a 3x lens workable?

A: A 3x lens is workable for what you are trying to do. An alternative to the Movo Photo SPL-TELE 3x Telephoto Lens is BH #BEBGL111TL, which will give you natural looking portraits.

Q: 2. Do the Transmitters turn off if they're out of range of the Receiver?

A: Hi Randy, the Trasmitters will not turn off immediately, they will lost the signal first. And if the transmitter lost the signal more than 5 minuts, it will switch to sleep mode.

Q: 3. What about the Microphone operating mode ? is it mono or duel channel ?

A: The microphone is Mono. I simply convert after to stereo.

Q: 4. Is there a cable available to attach directly to iPhone 12 Pro Max? I want to use with DJI OM4 gimble.

A: To connect this system to an iPhone 12 Max, you will need the following two adapters, B&H # ROSC4 and B&H # APLAADAP.

Q: 5. I want to use this mic in Google Meet for my voice to hear clear. Can it works with it ?

A: The Sabinetek SmartMike Lite Bluetooth Wireless Clip-on Microphone for Smartphone (White), BH # SASCSMSLVWH, will work for Google Meet

Q: 6. Is it possible to connect Sony ecm aw4 to a android Samsung Galaxy phone camera.

A: For some reason this won't work properly with a Samsung galaxy. It's the phone...works fine with others like Iphone. There are supposedly some cables you can get that go into the charging port, but I have had no luck and have tried various options.

Q: 7. In the manual, it states that "if the receiver reaches its safe battery level it will stop charging the transmitters". Huh?

A: Unfortunately, there was an error in the wording of the user manual for the Saramonic Blink Me 2-Person Clip-On Wireless Microphone System. Instead of stating "if the receiver reaches its safe battery level it will stop charging the transmitters," it should say "it will start charging the transmitters." Saramonic has been made aware of the error and apologizes for any confusion it has caused.

Q: 8. Do the TX units allow for Line Level input?

A: No, the transmitters accept mic level signal. You may be able to use an attenuator cable to pad a line level signal for compatibility with the transmitter's mic input.

Q: 9. Can I charge the Tx and Rx's with usb-c?

A: Yes, the transmitters and receiver for the Hollyland LARK MAX Duo 2-Person Wireless Microphone System ca be charged via USB-C.

Q: 10. so does this product work with iPad or iPhone 6? If so will I need an adaptor or am I ok with the plug that comes with the receiver?
