You can control On/Off and dimming functions of all 3 lights as well as color temperature of the Bi-Color 750. The remote has 99 channels so you could conceivably control 99 fixtures or even more by ganging multiple units on each channel. You can control each channel individually or all of them in unison. HMI lights of equivalent wattage have much higher outputs compared to tungsten lights as they are much more efficient, so no, a 1,200 watt-equivalent tungsten (or tungsten-equivalent) light would not be anywhere as bright as a 1,200 watt HMI light source. 5200K is the light source's Kelvin color temperature; as daylight at noon is typically 5600K, so light sources that have an output of 5000-6500K are considered to have a daylight-balanced color temperature. Kelvin temperature, wattage, and light output are all different things and cannot be directly compared to one another.
