A: Mine did not come with a back drop sheet. as for as recommendations you will need to decide what you want either cloth or paper. I use cloth and have a few different ones from different manufacturers. I would suggest at least one black color then it is up to the look you want to achieve. I happen to like the Wescott brand but I'm sure any is ok.

A: No, these stands are not air-cushioned. Also, the tightening action of the clamps is less than desired. We've been using them, and they suit our purpose, but I wish I had spent more on a superior set of stands. Hope this info is helpful.

A: Not initially, because the top has a tunnel to put a rod through, but since your system uses hooks (I'm guessing), you could manually make the holes and it will work just as well .
