Nicely constructed. Few places to screw stuff in plus comes with adapter. Also comes with a pad to clamp onto flat surfaces. Seems a bit heavy though. 5

I have an old Manfrotto that has perhaps better parts. Cant tell it as being that different from new Manfrotto. Not sure why I would consider Matthews. T handle is nice if you want to be compact. Avenger also well made but they all seem to function the same. 5

I was needing an alternative way of setting up speed lights when in areas restricted space areas or on locations where I don't want to haul around cumbersome stands. The Super Clamp has worked pretty good and I will be buying another one. These things rock when using speed lights on urbex shoots. 5
