Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can you attach an gimble head to this tripod?

A: As the Benro TMA37AL Long Series 3 Mach3 Aluminum Tripod has a 3/8"-16 male tripod thread on the top of the center column, yes, you may connect a gimbal that has a 3/8"-16 female threaded socket on the base of the gimbal head onto this tripod.

Q: 2. Is the P110-255BX model able to be controlled remotely? I do not see any DMX inputs into the fixture.

A: This particular version of the Videssence P110-255BX does not offer a DMX interface. There is a version that does offer this interface, however we do not carry it at this time. An alternative would be the Videssence Power CYC PC220-455BX Focusable Fluorescent Light Fixture (120 VAC, DMX Dimmable), BH # VIPC220DMX which has 4 lamps and the DMX interface. https://bhpho.to/3zo9prX

Q: 3. Can this AP be powered by a non-Ubiquiti PoE router such as Netgear GS108PE or TP Link SG1008PE?

Q: 4. Does this unit have a pass thru data port on the back so you can connect another unit in line with it?

A: There is no pass through on this unit.

Q: 5. Has anyone upgraded from the previous non-AC LR units? Are the mounts the same or do you need to redrill the wall?

A: The mount plates are indeed different for the UAP-LR and UAP-AC-LR. Of note, the UAP-AC-LR access points are 25 mm (0.98 inches) smaller than the older UAP-LR access points.

Q: 6. Does this tripod have a leveling bubble?

A: Yes!

Q: 7. Is 70.5" the maximum height with the center column extended?

A: Yes it is 70.5 inches with the column or 58.9 inches without.

Q: 8. What is it with the US tag in the part number? Is it strictly reserved for US residents? I'm from Canada and would like to buy one of these someday.

A: From Ubiquiti's community website...The reason why there are two versions (other brands other versions as well), because in the US, they do not allow devices which are capable of operating outside the US Regulatory domain by the FCC. In terms of the difference or a super-set, the US Version is basically a World Version restricted to operate within the US Regulatory domain. In terms of a product purchase, if you were purchasing from a US seller, you can only get the US version since they are allowed to sell this version. There are some sellers in the US which do sell the World Version, however they can only ship it to addresses outside of the US. If you were purchasing from outside the US, they will have World Versions (ie. Canada).

Q: 9. Is there a ballast hook on both the long and short center columns? Or can the hook be transferred between center columns?

A: The default center column of the Benro TMA37AL has a ballast hook on it, however, the short center column does not.

Q: 10. Does the 5 pack come with the Poe adapters?

A: Definitely not! Thats part of the cost savings
