The pack of five white WM81 MicroLite Wiremesh Caps from AKG can be used with the LC81 MD (lavalier), EC81 MD (ear-hook), and HC81 MD (headworn) reference lightweight cardioid microphones to protect the membrane from wind and pop noise, as well as environmental dirt.

Q: 1. will it fit fujifilm x100?

A: I don't have an X100 any more, so I can't measure.Get an accurate metric ruler. Measure across the widest dimension of the lens, from the outside of the rim to the outside of the opposite side. The measurement you get is the size you should buy.

Q: 2. can this be used on a fujifilm fujinon 135mm f5.6 rear lens?

A: I completely concur with Gaston. The best way is to measure the rear mount and even then i would order multiple sizes just to make sure you get the correct one and then just return the others that do not fit perfectly.

Q: 3. Will this work well with the 42mm lens shade for a Pentax 8x42 7.5 monocular?

A: Be sure that the outside diameter of the shade is 42mm. A typical 42mm filter is larger than 42mm at the outside diameter. I have B&W filters, and they are 2mm larger than the thread size. So if I need a cap for a 50mm filter, the cap has to be 52mm. I would recommend you measure the shade to be absolutely sure.

Q: 4. Will this fit on a Nikon B700? I'd love to have a snap off and on cover for it.

A: The Kaiser 56mm Push-On Lens Cap is a little to large to fit on the front of the lens of the Nikon B700.

A: Yes, The dome that is cooler in color is the warm dome.

A: Reliably up to 150' line of sight.

A: While neither of these will fit absolutely securely, you will be better off getting the 47mm push on cap.

Q: 8. How do you know which dome is the neutral, and which the warmer (other than by eye, knowing that the warmer will be cooler/bluer, but I can't distinguish). The second one (not the one that came installed) has a red dot in the back, so is that one the warmer?.Thanks!

A: Yes, the red dot on the dome means it is the warm dome.

Q: 9. Will this work for a Canon G7X?

A: If the exterior diameter of the lens is 57mm, then my guess would be yes. If the exterior diameter is a tiny fraction larger, then it would be a tight fit, and I would prefer a tight fitting cap to a loose one.

Q: 10. Will this fit a pentagon 50 mm 1.8 mc lens?

I usually just leave the WB on auto until I realized that pretty much anything auto is not top notch. The difference in the whites are very noticeable, very cool very handy and easy to use product 5

I take a wide range of photographs under many light conditions including daylight and available light. All I have to do is white balance with the light source with the baLens Lens Cap on and I get accurate white balance under all lighting conditions except sodium vapor lamps. The only thing I don't like about the baLens Lens Cap is it doesn't clip securely to the lens. 5

I take a lot of catalogue photographs, and this thing really helps me get the white balance right. It's more expensive than the cheap white balance lens caps, but it does a much better job. 5

It's a great littlecap... It was tough to get some results when I first used it I have a Canon HFG10 and I'll tell you right away the results are great....just checked in Apple Color... Remember ,you need a good light in order for this to work. Playing outside in low lighting ....no white balance . Very useful because you can keep it on all the time. 5
