A: It should but you'll need a program to use it. I have Windows 10 and downloaded vlc media player for free and it works great. The Only other consideration would be the power cord which includes two plugs in case it uses too much power for one usb jack. My computer runs it with only one plug fine but if you need two they'd need to be side by side.

A: After looking at all the documentation with the drive, I find nothing indicating that it is multi-region. My guess is that it is not, which seems common with newer drives.Hope this helps!

Nothing fancy, works well. I've only used it once thus far, and it was easy and efficient to use. Finally replaced my 8 year old MacBook and the new ones have no CD/DVD drive; I put off dealing with it till it became crucial. B&H salesperson was very helpful in guiding me to this product as the best one for my simple needs. Gotta LOVE B&H Customer Service - the BEST!!! 5

most, if not all, new laptops don't come with a dvd drive anymore so you're on your own if you need to view media on discs. this portable dvdrw drive from asus is extremely lightweight and about the size/dimensions of a music cd case, so you can easily fit it inside any backpack or computer case. regarding the functionality, i've been using it for over a month now and it hasn't had a single issue. easy to setup with the included wire and can be up and running within a minute or two. i'd highly recommend this drive, especially at this sub-$30 price point 5
