A: Yes, the center of the bubble level lines up with the center of the threaded hole at the bottom.

Q: 3. Can I use this nodal slide with Really Right Stuff PG-01 Compact Pano-Gimbal Head with Lever-Release Clamp, and Leveling Base?

A: Yes, since both are arca-swiss compatible. However, the general consensus is that it's recommend that you use their own nodal slide due to slight variations in arca-swiss plate specifications. There is a PG-01 kit that comes with a nodal slide as well, albeit slightly shorter, here https://bhpho.to/3bNW28c

Q: 4. So... 1080 60p for 20k? what makes this camera better than an A7sii??

A: When comparing gear, consideration for what the intended use of that piece is necessary. The Canon ME20F-SH and the Sony a7S II are for two different markets. The a7S II is meant more for the indie/commercial filmmaker budgets and the Canon ME20F-SH is for industrial, documentary and/or high end commercial/Hollywood budget productions. For the cost you get better low light performance than the a7S II and that comes into play when image quality is paramount. Also it is not just about shooting in normal low light situations, it also allows using high f stops on long lenses , or shooting underwater (it gets dark quickly there) or night aerial videography.

Q: 5. Will this work on the Nikon 500mm 5.6E PF lens?

A: According to RRS, the MPR-113 does work with the Nikon 500mm f/5.6E PF Lens.

Q: 6. I'm looking to get one for my Canon EF 500mm f/4L IS II. What length and thread size should I get?

A: Really Right Stuff 6" Multi-Purpose Rail (1/4"-20)

Q: 7. Will this easily hold a medium format camera with a bigger lens (80-160 zoom)? How much weight can it handle, given that the weight has a little bit of leverage, being back from the center of gravity?

A: I've used this rail to support a Swarovski 95mm spotting scope w/65x straight mag and focus module,70-200mm Canon lens and a Tamron 150-600mm lens with no problems at all. The rail is double edged quite strong. I have purchased three of these and love the quality. I don't think you will have a problem with amedium format camera at all. If you are still concerned you could always mate two of the rails together. But, I think that would be a little over kill. Hope this helps.

Q: 8. Can I use this on a gimbal so that a camera with short lens can be used with the gimbal?

A: Gimbal heads are generally for long telephoto lenses with a built in tripod. Using one with a shorter lens may result in the inability to balance the camera.

Q: 9. does it take pics too ? and at what specs?

A: This camera records HD video only.

Q: 10. What is the full well capacity of the sensor?
