Q: 1. Hi, I thought only the transmitter (W900-BLTM) in the LCP/12/901BT package provides microphone input, and the transmitter (W900-Multi) in this package does not have microphone input. Is it correct? And how do the headphones get charged? Many thanks!

A: Hi, I know that on the system we have there is a microphone input in the transmitter. It is an 1/8 jack insert. The headphones have a DC charger with multiple plug ends that charge several (if not all) of the headsets at the same time. Hope this helps!

Q: 4. Follow up to my previous question. I wanted know if there was a way to pause the tracking (so it doesn't follow you) not pause the recording.? So i can leave camera focused in a certain position until I want it to start following me again.

A: To stop tracking. you will have to turn the tracking watch off. Unfortunately the Move N See Personal Auto-Follow System does not have a pause tracking feature.

Q: 5. How well is the tracking when zoomed in at 15x? The angle change on the camera head will be very slight, but needs to keep the speaker centered.

Q: 6. Hi, I thought only the transmitter (W900-BLTM) in the LCP/12/901BT package provides microphone input, and the transmitter (W900-Multi) in this package does not have microphone input. Is it correct? And how do the headphones get charged? Do they get charged at the same time? Many thanks!

A: The transmitter has microphone input. The headphone(s) can be charged six at one time with the cable and power provided. It comes with two set of cables and power, so all 12 can be changed at the same time.

Q: 7. What type of microphone is needed to make this work? Do all of the receivers come with headsets for listening?

A: The VP 37-00 signifies the headphones and neckloops are not included in this package. You would select this package if you wanted to supply your own earphones. The PPA VP37 ( without the -00) comes with Neckloops and earphones. For microphones, the 3.5 min jack on the front will work with most all condenser style , lav style, or mic that requires a +12v power. ( condenser) It will not connect directly to and XLR type of connection. The unbalanced RCA jack on the back will take signal direct from your soundboard.

Q: 10. hi, please let me know if this could deliver live voice to the headphones?

A: Yes, we use it for our Sunday service. The only difficulty is that the sound is sometimes fuzzy and sometimes the older folk need assistance figuring out how to use them and it disrupts things a bit to have others help them in the middle of the service.
