Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. has anyone mixed small amounts at a time like 500ml or 1000ml? to keep the concentrates longer and only make working solutions for what you need when you need.

A: You should have no issue making smaller amounts. This is sized for large amounts of film developing but can do small as well.

Q: 2. Can this be used with the Menace Arm kit? If so, can a traditional coupler connect two rails for extra reach as a Menace Arm?

A: The Matthews 1 1/4" Grip Rail (Long, 41-72") is the one you want to get if you need to use with a Menace arm kit as the standard width for Menace Arm kits is 1 1/4". Any 1 1/4" Schedule 40 Coupler will work as an extender but please consult a Grip/Gaffer about proper counterweights when rigging an extension of this size.

Q: 3. Has anybody used the medium silver umbrella combined with the less powerful B2 head & What about after losing 1.5 stops with the diffuser added ? Most videos I've observed seem to be using the small size with the B2, apart from 1 Jared Platt video which had the medium silver being used. That photograph was however taken with an additional B2 head and a B1 head as well. Its hence hard to completely judge just the output of the medium umbrella alone.

A: I agree with William N. On the fantastic light. For portraits, I don't diffuse it either as it makes for nicer catch lights, imo.

Q: 4. Do you know expiry date of this film?

A: The expiration date will vary with the batches of film.

Q: 5. Hello , Could I add a splitter to the 3.5mm and trigger two sigma fp's at the same time? in sync?

A: Unfortunately, using a splitter with the CR-41 Cable Release would not effectively trigger both cameras at the same time.

Q: 6. How is it for viewing photo slide transparencies on a light table?

A: This magnifier will work for viewing photo slide transparencies on a light table. Since you are using a light table you will not use the built-in LED's 3X magnification is adequate. If you need more magnification consider the Carson LH-30 VersaLoupe 10x Magnifier.

Q: 7. Does it really have 0 remjet? It wont destroy the machine on the local photoshop then?

A: From their (CineStills) website:CineStill film is safe for standard photo lab machines and produces ideal negatives for scanning or printing. CineStill color film can also be easily processed by hand, using CineStills Color Simplified Cs41 processing kits, without worrying about rem-jet. I still havent had my roll of this film processed, but it seems like theyve made it safe for sending to a photo lab. Just to be safe send it in to the darkroom dot com and theyll know what to do with it for sure. Great lab for film processing.

A: The diffuser for that umbrella is a href= http://bhpho.to/1BErM79. target= _blank http://bhpho.to/1BErM79./a

Q: 9. can it be used for 120 film?

A: This can be used with any film that uses C-41 processing.

Q: 10. Is this strap compatible with the Sigma 150-600 Sony E or the Tamron 150-500 Sony E?

A: Yes, the following strap will accommodate the 150-600 MM lens.
