A: Yes, It fits but it fits exactly, don't expect more space:)

A: Jack,Checking the dimensions of the two items in the Specs, it appears your Chauvet 4-bar would be too long for this bag. The two Scrim Jim Cases look like they might be a better choice though I cannot say how the individual components would fit.

A: I don't know about the 190,I have a 294 with a 496 ball head that fits very well. Compare the 190 and 294 dimensions to see how the 190 will fit.

A: If you mean will it fit when the head is attached to the tripod, the answer is NO. I have a 055cxpro3 and just fits into the bag with nothing mounted.
