The OP/TECH USA Double Lens Mount Cap allows you to securely lock two Micro 4/3 lenses together. This is a huge space saver, as it enables the photographer to keep gear protected in a compact fashion.

This Double Lens Mount Cap is designed with an O-ring seal which creates a positive contact with the full perimeter of the lens mount area, locking out dust and moisture. It also offers a tighter friction fit over traditional caps that come with the lens, providing better protection to the lens mount area. This ensures that the cap is securely held in place while in storage or transit.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this fit on a Joby Pro Sling Strap?

A: Looks like you got several good answers. I'll just add that the holster will take a strap up to about 1 1/4 wide. The loop is fixed so the strap has to come apart to thread it through.

Q: 2. I have lenses for a Sony a6000. The lens diameters indicate I buy the micro size, but the hood diameters suggest the mini size. Which measurement should I go by?

A: Since I do not have the camera, I cannot say exactly, but I think it depends on how lose you want the hat to fit. They are supposed to stretch onto the lens, so you want to buy one that is smaller than the lens diameter. But I know myself that they can be hard to put on if they are too snug and require too much stretching. But then they stay on better, of course, so it IS hard to tell. I think I'd go with the smaller one, especially if the lens is shallow - i.e. not very long. If the hat is too big and just kind of loosely holding on, it will probably be falling off if the lens isn't very long. Just MHO.

Q: 3. Does this fit the Canon 70-200mm 2.8 IS II with the lens hood attached in reverse? How are the filters protected?

A: I sold this 70-200 lens (a less hefty non f/2.8 version) way back. I doubt that the heavy f/2.8 would fit friction-free in this when the huge hood (for the f2.8 II) is also attached backward. Hope this help

Q: 4. Where is the 21.5-25" and 23-46" lengths for small and medium measured? Maybe superimposing on the model person with the strap will be clearer.

A: Being that the adjustments are made at the bottom of the straps where it meets the strap lugs on the camera, the measurement is most likely taken from that point up to the neoprene pads that rest on the shoulders.

Q: 5. Will it fit Fujifilm NP-W126S?

A: Unfortunately not, these are better used for Memory Cards and would not accommodate the size of the Fujifilm NP-W126S.

Q: 6. I've lost the part that connects to the camera. Can I order a new piece?

A: The product that the OP/TECH team mentioned is the OP/TECH USA Mini QD Loops (1.5mm) (Set of Four), BH #OPSCMQDL. https://bhpho.to/2QjUuti

Q: 7. is this the right size for a Leica Q? or the mini?

A: I use this item on my Leica Summilux-M 1.4 as I was always loosing the Leica Cap...not to say I haven't lost a Hood Hat, but they stay with me longer. I just tried it on my friends Q and it fits. A little tight...requires both hands...but the next size up may be to big. Make lots of images. Best C

Q: 8. Will the XL size work with the LEE SW 150 lens adapters?

A: Yes, the OP/TECH USA Hood Hat X-Large can fit Lee SW 150 Lens Adapters.

Q: 9. HI, Is there a version for Nikon Z mount lenses?

A: Yes. please review the following item. Sensei Rear Lens Cap for Nikon Z Lenses BH #SELCRNZ • MFR #LCR-NZ https://bhpho.to/3wsXKYX

Q: 10. How to get the cord through SX730 slot - can't get it through the attachment site as cord too thick?

A: Are you able to feed some fishing line through the hole and pull it through that way?

Changing lenses is tricky - you have to hold both in hand while you transfer the rear cap from on to the other. This simple accessory lets you do this much more securely and thus quicker.

If you have primes you need this.I have recommended the OP/TECK Double Lens Cap to members of my family and I recommend it to the reader. I have two suggestions .I. The cap has been brilliantly designed for operation in the dark. Grasp a lens with the body mount at the finger tips. The OP/Tech cap has a built in ridge. This is where you rest your forefinger. Simply touch the camera's lens release with your fingertip. The lens locks on right there Once you have done this a couple of times, practice the process with your eyes closed. You will really appreciate this when you have to change your lens in a pre-dawn light. .II. Be sure to carry your camera's body cap. Keep the OP/Tech Double Lens Cap sealed shut with either your lens or with your body cap. Otherwise dust can gather in the open OP/Tech cap to then be transferred to the lens when you attach the OP/TECH cap.

High-quality rear lens caps, no need to use Super Glue to cobble them together, like in olden times, and great to use with smaller lenses to save space in bags and cases

If you travel and photograph with single focal length lenses, this little item makes a great deal of difference. You can carry one lens on on the camera, and two more, joined in a single unit in a belt pouch. After a little bit of practice, this arrangement will make lens change tolerably fast. Well made, a bit pricey for what it is, but oh, so useful! Tekko

I am using these to stack lenses in a 10 deep Pelican case to save space.
They come with an O-ring, which is a nice idea, but I found it to be much too tight. I simply removed it and it works just fine.
Cheap and very useful.

Very simple but useful product. Two lenses can be stored/carried safely in a very small footprint. No worries of lenses banging together while being carried. I didn't experience the tightness issues some people mentioned in their review. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

I use the lens cap for all my lens changes. It allows me to piggy-back any two lenses and saves me having to fumble (no third hand needed!) through a field change. Solidly built and good value for the money

This is the best thing I have bought in awhile to make my life simplier. It is great because I always carry two lenses no matter what, and this makes it very quick and easy to switch between lenses. This will live in my bag from now on! Wish I had seen this long ago.
