A: The handles included in the DJI R Twist Grip Dual Handle for RS 2 & RSC 2 kit can be safely used on the top or the bottom rail of the extension arms. Also, the left extension arm can also be used alone to hold the gimbal underslung, in "briefcase" mode, for low-angle shots.

A: No, in the Arca-Swiss Universal L-Bracket (Flip-Lock), the mounting plates can't be turned 90 degrees from what is pictured. That is the plates can't be parallel to the L bars.
