Instead, you get two overlapping, semi-rigid polyethylene terephthalate braids which affix your cables to their accompanying stands. Using the CableControl Kit, you can secure unruly mic cables in a flexible and quiet manner, ensuring they will be unmarred by tape-markings in the process. Included in this kit are two small units, each sporting a diameter of 0.75" and a length of 6".

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Would this be a good option to use for time lapse photography?
A: Not particularly. Its modes include 180-360 degree rotation with set number of stops (1-200) for panoramic stitching. This is great for panorama and rotational product still photography, but would introduce hitches in video. There are three motor speeds, and the slowest is about a minute for a full rotation. You can also manually hold down the rotation button for continuous rotation (using the remote so that you don't introduce any jiggle) but a minute of 360 degree rotation doesn't give you a lot to work with for time-lapse. Since your question is about photography, rather than video, you can set the shutter speed from 1-99 seconds, so that may be applicable. So, it's not super flexible, but it's excellent for its intended use.
Q: 2. Any idea how long battery life is? Could I do twenty 360 shots on one charge?
A: According to the manufacturer depending on conditions it can do between 15 and 20 full 360 revolutions.
Q: 3. How do you rotate the unit back to 0? I mean exactly, not approximately.
A: Per the instruction book (pg 15), the device starts at 5 degrees and rotates to 360 degrees by 5 degree increments, so 0 would actually be 5 degrees (there is also a chart on pg 14).
Q: 4. How long does the slowest speed of 360 rotation take? I'd like to also be able to use this for timelapse photo/video. Would this be suitable?
A: To answer the second part of your inquiry, it would depend on the movement you are trying to create as to if this would work for your time lapse photo/video needs. Do note that the Vello FreeWave Orbit Motorized Pan Head is designed for panning purposes (rotating on a horizontal axis, as opposed to a slider, which moves linearly along a track. If you are looking for a rotational camera movement with your camera in the center of the rotation, then the Orbit Pan Head would work for your usage needs. However, if you are instead looking for side-to-side movement (as in the camera gliding from left to right or vice-versa), or back-to-front movement toward or away from your subject, then a motorized slider may instead be needed for your planned movement needs.
Q: 5. Can you mount camera vertical ?
A: yes you can mount the device with the camera vertical. but you need a good tripod. I use it with Nikon D 800 and 24-70 f2.8 Len.I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question
Q: 6. The most obvious question would be what camera bodies can it hold.Dslr? smaller?
A: The maximum weight capacity for the Vello Orbit is 4 Ib, regardless of what type of camera you put on.
Q: 7. The specs show 4 pounds max weight; my main camera/lens is 3.5 pounds. How will it do running at 90% of its weight limit?
A: The unit is rated for up to 4lbs. Any amount of weight up to and including 4lbs will be fine.
Q: 8. What's the weight limit?
A: Maximum Load Capacity4 lb
Q: 9. During rotation, can rotation be stopped to make individual exposures?
A: Yes
Q: 10. This is wireless? Can be controlled wirelessly and is battery powered?
A: It comes with a remote and a battery.
