Q: 1. I already own a RS sport that put my camera on my right side. Would I encounter problems if I wear this at the same time on the other shoulder for assignments where I need 2 cameras?

A: I have never tried it but I think it would work. I use a BlackRapid Double regularly when I need to hang two cameras and I am very happy with it - it avoids crossed straps which you will have with the setup you asked about. The BlackRapid Yeti is another solution, allowing a one or two camera setup without cross straps. Bottom line is that I believe your proposed setup will work even if not as neat as the other two that I just wrote about for two camera situations. Good luck!

Q: 2. How about stocking the required QD socket or gives some specs. A quick search turned up nothing. The strap is incomplete without it and should come with the socket?

A: The Sport X QD Multi-Use Sling attaches to 3rd party QD sockets as found on the Kirk KLP-260 Universal Lens Plate with QD Socket, BH # KIKLP260V2

Q: 3. I have an alta pro 263at tripod and Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II. Can I still connect the strap w/o removing the quick release plate?

A: No

Q: 4. Purchased Black Rapid RS 4 Classic and Sport. Really like the Classic. Concerned on the sport the main strap attaches at one end with a click clasp. If the clasp opens camera falls. Classic doesn't have the clasp and appears no chance for strap to open. Is there a way to double secure the clasp on the Sport ?

A: The main strap is permanently attached. The underarm strap is not.

Q: 5. Is there a cable through the strap so it could not be cut? And does the screw every come lose?

A: I tighten the screw every time I put the strap on, and I have not had it come loose. But the silver-colored hook for the strap that goes under the arm comes out very easily. I tied strong carpet thread across the opening of the hook to keep it from sliding out.

Q: 6. I would like a neoprene strap to enable me to wear the binoculars waist high. This one looks a bit too short, but are there extenders that can be attached and if so the product# please?

A: There are no extenders for the Nikon strap but you can use this Op-Tech strap instead. Please take a look at the following link: https://bhpho.to/31hqSj9 The Op-tech can be exteneded to 53 inches so it should be able to go down to your waist.

Q: 7. Whats the Difference between the Curve Breathe and this ?

A: The sport has more padding and is wider.

Q: 8. Is there an option for left handers?

A: This strap can be purchased for left handed use. I recommend it highly. Easy to shoot quickly, and easy on the shoulder when using a heavy camera.

Q: 9. I document longer hikes over technical terrain that require my hands to be free but frequent use of my camera. Can anyone tell me if this would be compatible with also wearing a lightweight backpack? Also, is there any awkwardness if shooting in portrait mode? Thanks!

A: Hello Shaun, you should not experience an issue. I use the strap attached to a 70-200mm lens and have tried both portrait and landscape modes. I also used it with a shoulder strap with a lens and a second camera and did not experience any issue or discomfort. I hope this helps.

Q: 10. My camcorder rig weighs 8 pounds. Can this shoulder strap support this? I plan to hang the camcorder same as a DSLR - via 1/4-20 tripod mount.

A: The BlackRapid Sport Breathe Camera Strap could support an 8lb camcorder.
