This 11.1V BLUESHAPE Power Adapter Cable allows you to connect the BLUESHAPE BUBBLEPACK battery to the Panasonic AG AC90 camera. It features a proprietary B-Tap connector on one end and a DC connector on the other. The cable is approximately two feet in length.

A: Not that we are aware of. Also, this is not a D-Tap Connection. It is a B-Tap Connection, which is a propitiatory connection for BlueShape B-Tap batteries only.

Q: 7. Will this work to power the Sony FS5 from a standard Switronix v-mount battery?

A: Since the FS5 only lists 12V to 14.4V as it's power range, we are of the opinion that a voltage regulator cable would be needed for the camera. So far there are no external battery solutions for this camera. If you must use external battery power, I would suggest contacting a technician that can create a custom cable and battery solution for you.

Q: 8. Does this work with the fs5

A: Blueshape does not yet list the FS5 as compatible. They currently lists this cable as suitable with the SONY EX1, EX1R, EX3, PMW-100, PMW-150, PMW-200, PMW-300, PXW-FS7 and PXW-X180 Please keep in mind that the FS5 is still a relatively new release and not yet tested with many 3rd party options. Works on Panasonic AJ-PX270 / same DC plug, same 12v out, Amps are unknow, but the PX270 ran for 6 hours strait during a webcast! 5

This is an excellent product. I usually by name brand items with the believe that off brand makers tend to be less well made and of cheaper quality. In this case, that is not at all true. This item is well made, durable and the highest quality. It works exactly as described and looks like an OEM product. Don't spend more when this item fills the bill at a lower price. 5

I needed a conversion plate for my BOXX Meridian wireless HD transmitter, which is V-mount for my own equipment; to adapt it to a client camera that is Anton Bauer powered. And this perfect toy is exactly what we needed ! Its ligthweight, small and fit perfectly in between any Anton Bauer equipment, and a V-mount battery or (in my case) my BOXX Meridian wireless transmitter. And you still get to power the Anton Bauer equipment on the other side + you have a powertap port too, if you need to power extra equipment on your rig. At that price, stop looking around ! 5

Since there doesn’t appear to be a cable for the BGH1 from V mount to the DC power input of the camera, this dummy battery from V mount works fine. If you’ve got the camera on a riser w/ rails, the battery on a cheeseplate behind it, there isn’t really any worry about the length of the cable or that it’s going to wear out. Even coiled up, the cable is plenty long. 5
