Tried a 10ft USB cable and camera was not recognized. I had to use a shorter ( 6ft ) long USB cable and it worked fine but I really need the extra 4ft.

A: I use this printer for our photo booths and event photography. I have used it when I have tethered our canon camera. I have never had a issue. I also use a usb extension with a booster attached.

Q: 6. Has ANYONE successfully used the NFC function? Doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S7, S9+, or Nexus 7 tablet. B&H, can you please help?

A: Hi George, NO HAVE NOT TRIED IT, could not get the dongle, have read a few reviews, so didn't try.

A: Not sure why that should be a problem. I would contact B&H directly on the phone to see if it can be resolved.

A: You have to purchase one.I figured this out on my own. It needs to be a VERY old style controller with the simplest WiFi drivers. Try all of those supported by Tiny Linux like units for the Raspberry Pi. I used an LB Link Wireless USB Adapter BL-LW05-AR5. The units are plug an play. If it's going to work the printer immediately recognizes it on power up. Start with machine OFF and plug in WiFi Adapter. Power unit up. If it doesn't recognize it after POST it will not work. Power down remove and try another brand.Try looking for a local (U.S. store that carries the Chinese adapters). I wanted one quickly and found them at a Local Computer store chain. Try Micro Center.

A: Hey there, Id say the entire process from turning the printer to being able to print is 30 seconds. Itll also need to warm up again if left idle for awhile.

Q: 10. I need to print in 6x8, from a macbook pro. Possible with this machine. You sell the paper. I need a separate adapter?

A: Hello! I can honestly say it is an investment! Works great with the mac. Just download the drivers off the Hiti website and all is set to go. BH photo sells two 500print paper rolls including the dye sub media. You will love it! I run lightroom on a mac and print from lightroom! Works great!
