This 0.5" chrome Leica Soft Release Button for M-System Cameras screws into the shutter release button's threads, and provides a larger surface area as well as a unique design. It has a painted brass finish and features the Leica logo. Additionally, a threaded rear backing attachment is included so the soft release can also be used as a lapel pin or clothing accessory.

A: The shutter release button on the Fuji looks larger than the release on the Leica M and the threaded portion might not fit.

A: it is too big for the Leica shutter button
Q: 8. Is the button metal or plastic?
A: Button is metal. It also unscrewed itself even though I frequently tightened. The original Abrasom button I had also unscrewed itself. They work great but I cannot keep them on. I am not willing to use lock tight on my Leica.
Q: 9. Why are two pieces shown? What is the purpose of each?
A: The piece is more or less a logo and adds height as well, you can use the release with or without it.
Q: 10. Will this fit a Q2?
A: No. This will not fit on a Q2. It is designed to screw into the the shutter release button of the Leica M series cameras. The Q/Q2 has a different design shutter release button that does not allow it.
