A: The Draco Broadcast AFI MA2 Electronic Head (B&H# DRMA2) comes with a wireless receiver that can mount in the camera's hot shoe and connects wirelessly (i.e., using radio waves) to the head, and by cable to the camera. Any and all control over the functioning of the head is performed with the buttons on the head itself. (In other words, there is no way to control the head remotely.) The head sends a wireless signal to the receiver. The cable from the receiver connects to the camera and carries the signal to tell the camera to release the shutter.

A: You can unscrew the antenna, however the block is permanent.
