Links are not allowed here or I would add one. The 500PLong plates are relatively inexpensive. I purchased an additional one which stays attached to my 70mm-200mm f/2.8. I use Arc Swiss Compatible plates on the other one for the camera body when used with all other lenses that do not have tripod mounts.
