The Ashly NXE Series 4-Channel Networkable Multi-Mode Power Amplifier pre-installed with OPDAC4 internal 4-Channel DAC with selectable HPF and CNM-2 CobraNet Network Audio Interface cards. The Cobranet card enables access to digital audio networks at medium latencies (1.33 ms) over fast Ethernet. The amplifier is capable of driving 2, 4, and 8 Ohms loads at full power and offers a maximum rated output power of 150W per channel at 25V, 70V, and 100V modes. Nikon recommends only using the Nikon EH-7P Charging AC Adapter for this, though this is no longer available. One can try other methods of power, but this is not officially endorsed by Nikon. The power bank or charger would need to have enough power for this to work. Keep in mind this is only to charge the batteries, and this cannot be used to continuously power the camera.
