The Aten CL5708N 8-Port 19" Single Rail LCD KVM Console is a control unit that allows access to multiple computers from a single PS/2 or USB KVM (keyboard, video, and mouse) console. A single CL5708N can control up to 8 computers, and as many as 31 additional KVM switches can be daisy-chained to the CL5708N, so that up to 256 computers can all be controlled from a single KVM console.

The CL5708N integrates a keyboard, 19" LCD monitor, and touchpad in a 1U rack-mountable sliding housing for conservation of space.

A: Correct, the absence of HDCP with the absence of the second Cat 5e connection may render some material as invisible.

Unlike many KVMs, this thing actually does what it says it can. I'm running two 4K monitors at 60Hz with absolutely no stability issues between a Mac and an Ubuntu machine. Will definitely go for another ATEN box if my needs change.
