Safeguard your equipment with the Lens Cover for Tamron 2.0x Teleconverter from LensCoat. This water-resistant neoprene cover is custom-built to fit tightly around your teleconverter, and helps protect it against bumps and scratches that may occur while you are out shooting.

The neoprene material acts as a thermal barrier between your hands and the lens barrel, making operation more comfortable in extreme heat or cold. For simplified operation, the cover features an opening for the lens release lever. The digital camo color scheme provides a pixelated pattern that mimics naturally-occurring textures and helps disguise your gear from wildlife. This product is made in the USA.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this converter work with the newly announced Olympus 12-100 Pro 4.0?

A: No.

Q: 2. Will this work with the E-620?

A: Yes. You would need however a conversion ring for 4/3 to m 4/3s, then a pro lens. I would recommend an upgrade (even a used camera from this store). In the long run you will be more satisfied. I use a Olympus OM-DEm1 with the TC 1.4 and the near mythical 300f4Pro... the TC will enhance the lens, so a pro lens is the way to go if you can afford it. I liked the E-620 a lot, but not if you plan to go into large scale telephoto lenses.

Q: 3. Will this work with the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS PRO Lens (Micro Four Thirds) lens?

A: The Olympus MC-20 M.Zuiko Digital 2x Teleconverter is not compatible with the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS PRO Lens (Micro Four Thirds) lens. The Olympus MC-14 M.Zuiko Digital 1.4x Teleconverter is compatible with the Macro lens.

Q: 4. Does anyone know if there’s a 2X Tele converter for the Olympus 75mm 1.8?

A: Unfortunately, Olympus does not produce a teleconverter than can work with their 75mm f/1.8 lens.

Q: 5. Will the mc-20 work on a Panasonic g7 Camera ?

A: Olympus MC-20 M.Zuiko Digital 2x Teleconverter will work, on a Panasonic micro Four Third mount camera, Olympus or Panasonic. The lens that is connected to the MC-20 must be an Olympus lens. Not all Olympus lenses will work using the MC-20 Teleconverter. The MC-20 is compatible with three of Olympus' professional telephoto lenses: the 40-150mm f/2.8 Pro, the 300mm f/4 IS Pro, and the upcoming M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS Pro.

Q: 6. If I place the MC-20 with OM-5 and 90mm macro do I increase my working distance while maintaining the same magnification?

A: The Olympus MC-20 M.Zuiko Digital 2x Teleconverter does not affect the focus distance.

Q: 7. Hi. Is this MC-14 teleconverter compatible with OM-D 5 Mark II ?thx.

A: Absolutely. It works perfectly with the Olympus 40-150mm Pro and 300mm f4 Pro lenses and takes advantage of the dual IS with the 300mm. I just returned from a trip to the Arctic Ocean near Svalbard, Norway, and the camera, lens, and teleconverter worked flawlessly together helping me capture epic images.

Q: 8. Will the 2X work with Pana Leica 8-18 DG f/2.8-4?

A: This teleconverter only works with the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO and the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 IS PRO Lens.

Q: 9. Will this work with Olympus 75mm f1.8?

A: The MC-20 is not compatible with the Olympus 75mm f/1.8 lens.

Q: 10. Is there ANY functionality of the AF or AE or OIS using a Panasonic lens with this teleconverter? Am I correct to assume that at least it will attach to any MFT and maintain manual focus and function?

A: Manual focus would be available for the most part when using it with M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO or the M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 IS PRO. However, AF would be more likely with the former of the two lenses.
